14. Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

15. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

16. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

23. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for he is faithful that promised;

FAITH STEPS . . . If we want to walk by faith in God, we must learn to surrender our own will and embrace God's. That way is made, when the Holy Ghost pricks (John 6:44) our hearts, we confess (Romans 10:9) ourselves a sinner, and believe on CHRIST to be our Savior. This is CHRIST will (2 Peter 3:9) for us. That is when our name is written in the Lambs book of Life, CHRIST' shed blood is applied to our sinful lives, and He not only forgives our sins, but cleanses (1 John 1:9) us from all unrighteousness. . . . . . . www.greenup-fbc.org . . . . . . . I challenge You to find one soul who came to GOD seeking grace and did not find it.
